Lawson Software Forms Channel Partnership with Delta Informatique
ST. PAUL, Minn., May 25, 2009 – Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) today announced a new channel partnership with Delta Informatique, a France-based provider of enterprise software sales and consulting services with 25 years of experience. Under this partnership, Delta Informatique will offer the Lawson M3 Enterprise Management System to companies in the French speaking countries of West Africa. This partnership aligns with Lawson strategy to expand Lawson’s geographic reach. The Lawson M3 system is designed around the needs of companies in manufacturing, distribution and equipment service management. Within this enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Lawson offers industry-specific functionality for firms in the fashion and food and beverage industries.
Delta employs 250 highly-skilled employees. Based in Tours, France, the company manages an international network encompassing nine subsidiaries. It has operations in Cameroon, Gabon, Ivory Coast and Senegal, with clients located across all African countries.
