Patrick Borg Appointed Country Manager for Lawson Sweden
Stockholm, Sweden, June 17, 2010 - Lawson Software announced today that Patrick Borg has been appointed country manager for Lawson’s operations in Sweden. This new role adds to his current role of vice president global operations for the Lawson M3 industries. In his regional role, Borg will be responsible for maintaining and developing links with local Lawson user groups, regional media and analyst organizations, consulting companies and resellers to support Lawson business units in the region. In this role he will also act as spokesperson for Lawson in Sweden and support relationships with customers and prospective customers. Borg continues to report to Eric Verniaut, group executive vice president for Lawson M3 industries.
Borg joined Lawson nineteen years ago and now has more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and information technology industry. His previous experience at Ascade and SKF includes roles in customer service management, project management, consulting, production planning and logistics management. While at Lawson, Borg has held senior roles as business development manager, vice president sales operations EMEA and currently as vice president M3 global operations.
