M3 Customer Delivery Schedules offers collaborative forecasting and replenishment of customer demands.


M3 Customer Delivery Schedules (CDS) manages different types of demands, such as consolidated customer forecasts, customer forecasts, customer call-offs and just-in-time (JIT) call-offs, customer sales reports and sales statistics.

M3 CDS is designed to receive the demands from the customer both manually and automatically via EDI or other messaging technology such as XML.

The process is highly automated with deviation management and multi-channel alerts. M3 CDS manages multilevel synchronization of demands so that only one active demand exists for the customer per time bucket to affect Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Execution.

Reconsolidation of deliveries or cummulatives is automatically performed to manage back order situations. Both active and non-active demands for a customer can be monitored as well as the consolidated demands of the current items. Even the applications for Customer Order Processing and Sales Statistics and Performance are integrated to facilitate a correct fulfillment process.

JIT call-off management offers both a planning and execution environment for discrete and aggregated sequence deliveries as well as frequent kanban deliveries.
