Lawson support and delivery is growing! With the continuing vitality and expansion of our operations in Northern Europe, Lawson is looking for a Support Engineer Technician to join our Oslo team.
About Lawson Support and Delivery
The support and delivery organization within Lawson is responsible for our maintenance business. We aim to create the ideal product experience for our customers and provide high-quality services globally to enable superior performance and maximum return on investment.
Support follows up on any product-related issues that our customers may encounter and delivers high-quality support services globally. Support also plays a vital part in assessing and improving the product experience of our customers, by providing feedback to Delivery. We aim to address issues as they arise and strive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Delivery helps ensure that the customer receives quality-assured product releases. This is made possible through a comprehensive acceptance process that reviews the product using a customer perspective. Because of this perspective, Delivery has a significant long-term impact on customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of Support.
Main Responsibilities
Provide high-quality application support.
Provide high-quality application support.
Resolve complex cases based on expert knowledge of Lawson (Movex) products, applications, and systems.
Develop and demonstrate the skills necessary to support and troubleshoot the software for customers, partners, and Lawson associates.
Manage customer communication.
Resolve problems interactively with customers.
Knowledge and skills
Experience from software development, system administration or database administration.
Excellent communication skills (near native ability) in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
A plus: Experience of other aspects of the software industry or of customer support for other ERP systems.
