Sales Statistics and Performance (e)

This one-day course explains how you can get the most out of sales statistics using Lawson M3.

In order to give the highest possible customer satisfaction you will be able to configure the system to a customer-specific setup of dimensions and measurements. You will then be able to get customized reports, make qualitative measures such as lost sales and delivery accuracy analysis, and get up-to-the-minute updates in order to take everything from reactive to proactive decision.

What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to introduce you to different types of sales statistics, the concepts behind them and how Lawson M3 supports them. The customer order processing flow will be the basis for statistics.

This course will demonstrate the:
· Configuration of data sets
· Difference between key values (dimensions) and accumulators (measurements)
· Different sources of information or transaction types
· Configuration of the sales statistics report generator
· Drill down possibilities in the statistical reports
· Capturing of sales statistics such as: order entry, delivered-not-invoiced, lost sales and service level.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work with supply chain planning and are new to sales statistics in Lawson M3 or require an overview/refresher.

To benefit from this course we recommend that you have a basic understanding of:
· Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it
· Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it.

You should also have the prerequisite knowledge covered in the following course:
· Customer Order Processing Introduction
· Outbound Logistics—Dispatching Goods.
