Service Management Introduction (e)
This two-day course is an introductory level 1 course for the whole service management area. The course provides a basic understanding of processing service orders and agreements using Lawson M3 Service Management.

This course deals with the basic features of service management, which include:

- Service order business processes
- Service agreement business processes
The Lawson M3 workflow for:
- Search possibilities on customer and machine at call logging
- Predefined error symptoms
- Assignment tracking and monitoring
- Proposal of payer
- Service agreements defining what is included/excluded
- Scheduling of preventive maintenance activities
- Invoice inquiries and credit handling
- Basic in-house repair.

This course is designed for people who will be working with or who want basic knowledge about Lawson M3 Service Management. To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:

- A basic understanding of Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it.
