This three-day course explains how you can get the most out of the supply chain execution process by using Lawson M3. This helps you to bring increased speed and quality to your supply chain, which means reduced costs and improved delivery precision and credibility.

Why Should You Attend?
By the end of the course, you should be able to:

• Demonstrate an understanding of the main functions of the warehouse department and how those functions are supported by Lawson M3
• Configure the dispatch handling functionality to the requirements of your company in order to achieve a smooth and efficient flow of goods out of the warehouse
• Receive goods using a wide range of identifiers to facilitate speeding up the flow of goods and improving cost efficiency and customer service
• Set up rules to manage stock both between warehouses and within individual warehouses, which will enable you to have the right stock in the right place at the right time. This will reduce the work-in-progress stock levels and the inventory cost.

This course is designed for people who work with supply chain execution and who either are new to this process or who require an overview or a refresher.

To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have a basic understanding of Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it.
