This three-day course is a refresher on how Lawson M3 7.1 manages and integrates business processes such as customer, manufacturing, purchase and distribution orders. This course takes a hands-on approach that allows users to gain an understanding of the operational activities necessary to run the core functions of a manufacturing or distribution company as an integrated business solution. In the class, the attendees execute basic functions, learn the different settings and work through scenarios that illustrate available functionality.

Functional highlights are an important part when stepping up from earlier versions of Lawson M3. After the refresher, you will gain an understanding of what is new and improved compared to the version you are currently running.

• Executing the customer order fulfillment, manufacturing, procurement, and distribution flows in Lawson M3 7.1
• Establishing a new item, customer, and supplier in Lawson M3 7.1
• The concepts around planning which focuses on customer service levels and availability of the final products
• Executing Material Requirements Planning calculation for a forecasted item and reviewing the resource status and action messages in Lawson M3 7.1
• Reviewing and drilling down from the financial report and General Ledger to retrieve the transactional information
• Business value focus via functionality highlights in Lawson M3 7.1 in:

- Customer Sales Management
- Supply Chain Execution
- Supply Chain Planning
- Procurement
- Financial Management
