The objective of this course is to introduce participants to the customer order rescheduling process and how it is supported by Lawson M3. By the end of the course, you should understand:
· The concept
· The process flow
· How this process is related to the customer order monitoring process
· Manual rescheduling of an individual customer order
· Mass changing of customer orders
· Action messages and rescheduling
· Application messages and rescheduling
· Active supply chains and rescheduling.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work in order fulfillment and are new to this process in Sales Management or who require an overview/refresher.
To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:
· A basic understanding of Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it
· A basic understanding of Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it
· Completed the Customer Order Processing—Introduction course.
