This one-day course explains how you can get the most out of the managing customer data (sub)process using Lawson M3. The large scope of customer-related information supports you in automating the Sales Management, Service and Rental, and Sales and Marketing processes. This means that you will save time in your daily order processing, from order entry to payment of invoices.

What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to help you understand the concepts of managing customer data and how to setup/maintain these.

This course will demonstrate the managing/setup of:
· Item-related information
· Customer unique order charges
· Customer addresses
· Assortments
· Discounts linked to business chains
· Price lists linked to business chains.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work with sales and order fulfillment and who are new to these processes or require an overview/refresher.

To benefit from this course we recommend that you have a basic understanding of:
· Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it
· Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it.
