Sales Management Concepts
This one-day course will give the participants conceptual knowledge about activities in the sales process. It serves as a foundation for further Lawson M3 courses.
The goals of this course are to provide participants with:
- Conceptual knowledge that will prepare them for future Lawson M3 courses in related areas
- A better understanding of the concepts used in the sales process and the issues that can arise
- An understanding of where and how the sales process fits with the other core business processes, such as CRM and SCM
- An understanding of sales concepts versus order fulfillment concepts.
