This two-day course explains how to configure the financial system in Lawson M3. You will be able to access and utilize the crucial information that drives today’s business decisions. You are able to capture, analyze and simulate critical trends based on your unique business goals and requirements. By improving control and visibility of your financial processes on all levels, Financial Management helps save costs, eliminate redundancies, streamline activities and allow redeployment of assets to more profitable activities.

What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to help you to configure the financial system in Lawson M3.

The course covers:
· The concept of the financial system and the integration available
· The configuration processes
· How to set up the number series and parameters required
· How to set up the account codes and the use of accounting dimensions
· How to set up the accounting rules for automated accounting
· How to set up different currencies and payment methods.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work with financial accounting who will either be responsible for configuration/maintenance or who require an overview/refresher.

To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:
· A basic understanding of Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it
· A basic understanding of Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it
· Successfully completed Accounting System Introduction.
