What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to introduce you to the concept and scope of cash desk sales in Lawson M3. You will be given an overview of the workflow from "How to Create a Cash Desk" to "How to File Cash Payments". The course objective is achieved by demonstrating the flows in Lawson M3, referring to practical examples and studying a sample case.
This course will demonstrate:
· How to create a cash desk (important parameters)
· What the required conditions for a cash payment proposal are
· How to receive a cash payment and register it in Lawson M3
· How to close a cash desk
· How to update the financials
· What the available printouts are.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work with sales order processing and/or financial management in Lawson M3 or require an overview/refresher.
To benefit from this course we recommend that you have a basic understanding of:
· Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it
· Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it.
In order to cover as much as possible during the course, participants are required to read the sample case before coming to the course.
