Accounting for Service & Rental
This two-day Lawson Learning classroom course provides a basic understanding of the flow and accounting requirements for the service management and rental process.
(Please note that long term rental is not covered in the current version of this course).

- Service agreements defining what is included/excluded

- Setting up accounting rules for short term rental
- Creation of short term rental agreements
- Logistics of the rental items
- Rental pricing options on basic level
- Rental invoicing and credit handling
- Review the resulting accounting entries.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who will work with Lawson M3 accounting for Service Management and/or Short Term Rental. To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:
- Successfully completed the financial management and controlling introduction level courses
- Have a basic understanding of the service and rental business process
- This course is also suitable for service management/ rental personnel who want basic knowledge about the related accounting entries and configuration. To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:
- Successfully completed the 'Financial Management Introduction' course, if you do not already have a basic understanding of financial concepts and configuration in Lawson M3.
