This one-day course explains how you can get the most out of the accounts receivable process by using Lawson M3. Accounts Receivable for complete administration, monitoring and control of customer invoices, credit and collections. The solution handles complex transactions quickly and automatically, thus minimizing the need for manual processing. Flexible options allow you to configure Accounts Receivable to match your organization’s processes and procedures.

What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to help you understand the main functions of the accounts receivable department and how those functions are supported by Lawson M3.

The course covers:
· The concept of accounts receivable and the functionality available
· The accounts receivable processes
· How to process manual invoices and customer payments
· How to manage customer debts
· How to monitor performance using inquiries and printed reports.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work with financial accounting and accounts receivable who are either new to accounts receivable or who require an overview/refresher.

To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:
· A basic understanding of Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it
· A basic understanding of Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it
· Successfully completed Accounting System Introduction.
