M3 e-Sales consists of two sites: the Customer Center and the Business Center.

The Customer Center supports the pre-order, order and post-order processes of M3 e-Sales.
It is a transaction-oriented environment where customers interact with you.
The Business Center supports the internal supplier process of defining, controlling and setting up the data necessary for the Customer Center. With the Business Center you have a single user interface for data management, ranging from updating site texts to refining product data.
