Movex Project Quotations (PJQ) enables you to keep track of commercial activities, estimate your hit rate and log the hit rates of your competitors. Your offers can include advanced project cost calculations and quotation management, as well as reuse experiences from successfully completed projects.
Quotation Management
With Movex PJQ, you can create project offerings that include both materials and services. Extensive quotation management features enable you to keep all relevant commercial information up to date, including customer information, validity dates, quotation logs, probability percentages, competitor information and reference information.
For historical purposes, quotation attributes, customer information and replies are stored for later analysis. Once the outcome of the quotation process is ended, you have the option of creating a project order based on the quotation where all quotation information, or selected parts of it, is reused.
Full Project Functionality
Movex PJQ provides you with a true quotation tool where anything from a lump sum to a complete project can be included in the offering.
You have the option of specifying the details of a project to visualize project organization, work breakdown structure and time plans for your organization and for potential customers. The work that is put into a quotation definition is later reused when the project is created with the quotation as template.
Advanced Cost Calculation
It is possible to connect an unlimited number of costing versions to each quotation. The project quotations provide extensive calculation features that give you the flexibility and functionality you need.
The costing structure is compliant with the defined work breakdown structure where you can add costing components on any level in the project structure. The user-defined costing components are added according to the structure, thus giving access to detailed or summarized costing information on all levels.
When calculating materials, work starts with the bill of quantities where you specify necessary materials and quantities for the project. Open application program interfaces (APIs) enable you to connect to any third-party calculation or design tool to streamline input.
The calculated labor costs for the quotation can be input manually, imported through APIs or calculated using time factor calculation. Time factors are used when the estimated time consumption for a specific task or set of tasks can be calculated based on items. Hour rates and project complexities are factors controlled by project or by quotation.
Indirect costs can either be added manually or calculated automatically as overhead factors based on the calculated direct costs.
