
Teck International Pte. Ltd.
Teck International is one of the largest semiconductor distributors in Southeast Asia and the leading distributor for major semiconductor manufacturers. From humble beginnings, in 1976, the company started off their business at Sim Lim Tower as a distributor of Philips components.
Grown from strength to strength, Teck later went on to win the distributorship of SGS-Thomson in 1980 through forming Lionex Electronics; then adding to Teck International's product portfolio by distributing for Allegro and Vishay in 1988 and AUK in 1996.
Since the company's inception, Teck International and Lionex Electronics has skillfully made the transition to become a major player in the distribution market, earning about US$60 million in sales revenue in 1995.
Expanding their presence in the Pan-Pacific region, Teck International now has offices established in Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, India and Indonesia.
