Swedish Meats

Swedish Meats is one of Sweden’s largest food producers. It is owned by Swedish farmers in an agricultural organization that is highly computerized. Seventy-five percent of Swedish Meats’ farmers use the Internet to enter in advance data about animals that will be delivered. This information goes directly into Lawson M3.

Swedish Meats has a majority of the entire slaughter market in Sweden and is a market leader in the areas of butchery/deli meat production. The group has approximately 4,700 employees with revenue of SEK 9.2 billion. Every year two million pigs, 350,000 heads of beef cattle and 150,000 lamb and sheep are processed.
