Patties Foods Pty. Ltd.

Patties Foods Pty Ltd, based in Bairnsdale in South East Victoria, is an Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of frozen savory and sweet products including pies, pastries and sausage rolls. It is a true Australian success story. From humble beginnings as a small family business in a seaside cake shop at Lakes Entrance in 1966, it is now the largest savory pastry manufacturer in Australia, with more than 350 employees.

In addition to the Bairnsdale manufacturing facility, the company has offices and representatives in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. The company is still run by the six sons of the original founders who have continued their parent’s commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.

In 2003, Patties Foods successfully negotiated the purchase of the Simplot Australia brands of Herbert Adams, Nanna’s, and Four’n Twenty. These brands now complement their earlier brands of Patties and Snowy River.
