Workplace Behavior at Lawson

Specific guidance on all Lawson employee relation issues is located in Lawson’s Employee Reference Guides. Lawson’s Code of Conduct supplements the Employee Reference Guides. As such, the Employee Reference Guides will ultimately control all Lawson employee relation issues.

 

Discrimination

Lawson is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a work environment free from all forms of unlawful discrimination. As such, employment decisions at Lawson will be based on merit, qualifications, and ability, and Lawson strictly prohibits all forms of unlawful discrimination. This prohibition of all forms of unlawful discrimination extends to employees and non-employees of Lawson.

 

Lawson employees found to be engaging in any type of unlawful discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Non-employees found to be engaging in any type of unlawful discrimination may be subject to early termination of their contractual agreements with Lawson as outlined in their agreement with Lawson.

 

Lawson employees with questions or concerns about any type of discrimination in the workplace are encouraged to bring these issues to the attention of their immediate supervisor or the Human Resources Department. Employees and non-employees can raise concerns and make reports without fear of reprisal.

 

Americas-based Lawson employees may obtain further information on Lawson’s “Equal Employment Opportunity Policy” and “Harassment Policy” located on the employee portal under Employee Self Service. Access ERG Policy 1.10 and 3.20, respectively, through the Handbook section. The procedures to report any claim of harassment (including all forms of discrimination) are outlined in ERG Policy 3.20. EMEA and APAC-based employees should refer to the applicable section of their employee handbook or contact their HR representative for more information.

 

Conduct Standards

Lawson has established standards of conduct for all of its employees to follow. This standard will provide the best possible work environment and has been established to protect the interests and safety of all employees, visitors, and the organization overall. Failure to comply with Lawson’s standards of conduct could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination without prior discipline or notice.

 

Americas-based Lawson employees should review Lawson’s Policy titled “Employee Conduct Standards” policy located on the employee portal under the Employee Self Service section. Access ERG Policy 3.01 through the Handbook section. EMEA and APAC-based employees should refer to the applicable section of their employee handbook or contact their HR representative for more information.
