Employee Relations and Policies

In most locations where Lawson has employees, Lawson has adopted employee handbooks which govern the conduct and behavior of its employees. In the United States and Canada, this employee handbook is known as the “Employee Reference Guide” (“ERG”).

Lawson employees should consult their supervisor or Lawson’s Human Resources Department and/or appropriate employee handbook or ERG with any questions concerning employment issues at Lawson. For Americas-based employees, the ERG can be located on the employee portal under the Employee Self Service section. Access the Handbook section.
