Fast Track to streamline migration for Lawson 8.0.3 customers
With the introduction of Lawson System Foundation 9.0 came substantial changes in the administration of users in LDAP, WebSphere, and the Portal. For experienced customers, Lawson has developed an accelerated program for customers migrating from Lawson Environment 8.0.3 to System Foundation 9.0. Leveraging their Lawson expertise, migrating customers can get up to speed fast.
The cornerstone of this accelerated program is the three-day Learning Lab, Lawson System Foundation 9.0 Administration for Migration from Environment 8.0.3. This course builds on basic Lawson Environment 8.0.3 Administration skills and provides new information and hands-on exercises for Lawson administration of users in an LDAP, WebSphere, Portal, and basic Security.
Lawson has also developed a new learning environment model that uses logical server partitions for the class. This model provides each learner root access to their own Lawson environment, giving a richer hands-on experience.
