Maintaining a safe and secure environment is extremely important at Lawson. Our goal is to provide a safe working environment for our employees as well as secure facilities and network systems to conduct company business.

 

Environment, Safety and Health

Lawson is committed to conducting its business in compliance with all applicable environmental and workplace laws and regulations in a manner that protects the safety and well-being of Lawson employees and the general public. Lawson employees should immediately report any environment, safety or health concerns to Lawson’s Facilities Department, Human Resources Department or Legal Department.

 

Americas-based Lawson employees should review Lawson’s Policy titled “Company Safety and Security” policy located on the employee portal under the Employee Self Service section. Access ERG Policy 3.06 through the Handbook section. EMEA and APAC-based employees should refer to the applicable section of their employee handbook or contact their HR representative for more information.

 

Information Systems Security

To protect the interests of Lawson, Lawson recognizes the need for, and the value of, a strong system of internal system security, including the controls for the electronic systems. Information on the proper use of Lawson’s computer systems is available for employees, contractors, temporary workers, partners, customers, etc. in the following places:

  • Employees: Information System Security Policy
  • Independent Contractors: Attachment to Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Temporary Workers: Attachment to Confidentiality and Work Product Agreement
  • Partners: Under ITS Security on the partners.lawson.com site
  • Customers: Under ITS Security on the www.mylawson.com site

Lawson employees may access ITS Security Policy through the Handbook section of the employee portal. Questions regarding ITS security issues may be submitted to the Lawson ITS Help Desk.
